Wow! If you want trustworthy advice and someone wathing your back, Wade is your guy. He was involved with every step of buying our first home. He was so good, I gave him a large bonus at closing. We closed in 5 weeks. We got our dream house for thousands lower than we expected. He made sure the title company was accurate as to not have anything rejected. It was funny, but when we sat down with the builder's agent, our agent (Wade) knew more about the other guy's job than he did. When we became exicted or very anxious during th eprocess, Wade was level and was always there to bring us back to stable grounds.My wife and I (along with 5 children) had a great and wonderful experience.
